ADHD Adults

i m just curious here ,when does an ADHD diagnosed person normally go to sleep ,and when is he waking up.. i m having a great struggle with trying to fall asleep in the evening and then again trying to wake up in the morning

I had same problem all my life. and the civilization is built for the early risers, unfortunately.
What really helps me is medication called Seroquel.
It is a bypolar medicine, and it works. SInce it was prescribed to me 2 years ago I haven’t had one time when I was not able to fall asleep during 1/2 hour after going to bed..
(you can ask why bypolar if you mean ADD..  the fact is that the dividing border between two of these is rather vague, they interpolate a lot, and core sypmtoms are often the same.  I have both ADD and By-polarity (which i call Multi-polarity.. smile
Enjoy everything.
